When you create a booking through the service, you enter into a direct contract with the service provider. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the booking agreement.

All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers.
The service allows integration with external calendar services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your calendar credentials and for any actions taken through these integrations.
We are not responsible for any data loss, synchronization errors, or issues arising from calendar integrations. You use calendar integrations at your own risk.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the service provider and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
In no event shall the service provider, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service provider and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
